How do I set up an account with Beyond Borders Imports?

Does Beyond Borders offer exclusivity to stores in a specific area?

Beyond Borders Imports does offer exclusivity for a specific area, but it must be requested and approved first. Assessing a customer’s request for exclusivity is based on loyalty, commitment of ordering, and history with the company. Generally, we grant exclusivity to stores that have consistently ordered a minimum of 4 containers per year for at least one year. Exclusivity can be granted to a certain zip code(s) or reasonable radius from the retail store.

What is your discount on container pricing?

Beyond Borders Imports offers a 50-55% discount off of wholesale pricing on 40 ft high cube container orders. To receive the wholesale/pricing list you must first set up an account with our company.

How do I place a container order?

Once you have an account with us, you will have access to the price lists and order forms. Complete the Indonesia or India container order form with all appropriate information filled out. Click Here to email the order and send a 50% deposit to the Beyond Borders corporate office. Once the deposit is received, your order will be officially placed.

Is there a minimum for wholesale purchases?

If purchasing from our warehouse, there is a minimum order of $2500. If you require assistance with loading or would like to hire our team to load your product there will be an additional loading fee equal to 5% of the total purchase.

How do I know what is currently available in the warehouse for wholesale purchasing?

Do you require a minimum quantity per item ordered when placing a container order?

The minimum quantity for each item ordered on a container is only 4 per item. Different stains can be chosen for the multiple quantities.

How long do container orders take to come in?

Our current production time is approximately 90 days from the date of receipt of the order with initial deposit or payment. An additional 45 days should be expected due to shipping time. Custom orders generally take an additional 30-60 days.

What kind of payment terms do you offer?

We are not currently offering any payment terms such as Net 30. We accept checks and money orders only. A 50% container deposit is due when the container is ordered. 25% is due when the container leaves the port in Indonesia or India. And the remaining balance is due within 3 days of the container landing in the U.S.

Do you handle arrangements for the shipping?

We are more than happy to provide shipping assistance if requested.

How are damage claims and returns handled?

Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Photos and details of the damages are required. An evaluation of the claim will be processed within 10 days and a credit or replacement item will be issued. No refunds.

Is the entire catalog online?

We are constantly making new designs and developing new collections. Our website is continuously updated, but may not have ALL of the designs that we currently offer.

How do I know if I have a current price list?

The current price list can be downloaded in the wholesalers login section of the website.
